千葉県千葉市から岐阜市内へ移送でした。天候は快晴です。朝6時発に対応しました。移送時間は約7時間程でした。患者様とご家族様二人同乗されました。現地でもお見送りに親族様がお見えでした。長時間お疲れ様でした。ご心労をお察しいたします。お大事にしてください。
It was transferred from Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture to Gifu City. This is the reception of the patient I brought in last November. The weather is fine. I was treated by a team of qualified staff and nurses. We entered the site the day before and responded to the 6:00 am departure. The patient is using the same stretcher as last time and is in the prone position. Transfer time was about 7 hours. Two family members were on board.
